Mico Tele-Vue

I found this Mico Tele-vue 35mm slide viewer at an estate sale about a month ago.  It's not like I needed yet another slide viewer, but I loved the look of this one.  It reminded me of a 1950's portable television.

It was made by Mico of Chicago.  I couldn't find any information on them, so I'm not sure of the age.

The top telescopes to allow you to insert slides from the top.

A small pressure switch on the underside lights up the slide.

It's not very easy to use or quick to change out slides, but what it lacks in function, it makes up in form.
