Bash!

Released in 1965, "Bash!" by Milton Bradley is a kind of junior version of Jenga or a vertical version of  "Don't Break the Ice".

Square and circular pieces are assembled on a grooved rod secured into a base shaped like feet.

Once assembled, the rod is removed and the head is added to the top of the stack.  Players take turns striking the pieces with a "hammer" in an attempt to completely remove a piece (or pieces) without knocking the stack over.  Aim and speed are key.  If the pieces are knocked down, the player replaces the pieces and forfeits his turn.  The player removing the most pieces successfully wins.

Try not to stare at his toes.
