good heavens. i'd be mortified to be seen with any of them! a case can definitely be made for VW bugs being very much in style over periods of their history, so maybe that's some consolation. the pic isn't a TOTAL nightmare.

But it was fashionable to be a goofy tourist back in the 60's. People didn't take themselves so seriously!
True and as I said, I'd still prefer to see this in public today than some of the outfits I do see.
