This is another Eureka piece I picked up in the past couple months. I bought it at the same sale where I found the owl.
Here we see a couple of trick or treaters out for a night on the town. They're standing outside of an old house that appears to be peeking at them with one window-eye as they try to frighten a little black cat (?) with a Jack O' Lantern. Shame on you kids. No full-sized Snickers for you!
This piece probably dates from the 1960's and is a kind of transition piece from the scarier die cuts moving into the cuter diecuts of the '70's and '80's. The cute diecuts aren't my favorite, but I do like the art on this one.
The way she is holding the pumpkin defies the law of gravity.
