I found this photo booth photo strip at an estate sale among some other items that appeared to have come from a wallet.
I'm sure he was pleasant enough fellow, but he kind of looks like you wouldn't want to meet him in an alley. Based on his attire, I'm guessing the photo dates to the 1930's.
Written on the back in "Mr. Andrew Danko. 3423 c Alberta. St. Louis, Mo.
A quick Google of his name reveals he was born on July 14, 1903. That would put him in his 30's in the picture. He passed away in 1967.

I actually found his daughter on Facebook and offered to return the items, but never got a response back.
he does look like a tough guy you wouldn't want to mess with! i'm surprised you didn't hear from his family. i've tried to return old photos to families before with the same result. i don't get it -- i would LOVE it if someone found old photos of my family and found a way to return them.
