This Dennison Skeleton appears to have had a rough life. Screws in his femur, a plate on his pelvis and even some string holding his humerus together. Of course, he has nothing on Evel Knievel.
i don't think i've ever seen a halloween skeleton showing hardware like this. how old is this, do you think? 1980s? the fact that he's crouching in a field of mushrooms is also interesting, i think. Mushrooms aren't typical halloween vegetation, i don't think.

ReplyDeleteIt's probably 1960's. Die cuts got very "cutesy" in the 70's and 80's. I agree, mushrooms aren't among the typical Halloween iconography.
