This trio of glow-in-the-dark ghosts comes from Beistle in the 1980's and were known as Nite-Glo Ghosts.
When I found them, they showed evidence of having been stored somewhere damp, likely a basement. There were a few splotches of light brown mold on each piece. Now, I'm not one to let mold scare me, be it on cheese, bread or diecuts. I used a 50/50 mixture of bleach and water in a spray bottle and misted each piece fully 5 times over as many days. It did a remarkable job saving these diecuts from the trash can with no ill effects or staining and all signs of mold are gone. I did leave them outside until I was sure the mold had been abated.
There's an outline of glow-in-the-dark paint around the border of each ghost which still glows well, however, I couldn't get a good photograph of it.
